We wanted these messages to not only elevate the voice of the DFL, but also celebrate the values shared by everyone who calls the great state of Minnesota home!

When an individual’s rights are threatened, so are the rights of all. We therefore pledge to preserve our constitutional and civil rights.
We believe a vigorous and universally available system of public education is a basis to a productive, democratic society.
We believe in safe, sustainable, and secure energy sources that offer coming generations access to fuels and power.
We believe in leaving the world in better condition than we found it.
We honor and respect the men and women who have served and are serving our country. We must advocate for their physical and emotional well-being, both abroad and at home, as well as their economic security.

The DFL Party believes democracy starts at the grassroots.
That is why our process begins at precinct caucuses and continues to conventions at each level to endorse candidates, elect party leaders, and shape the party platform.
These gatherings are an important way to get involved in the democratic process and make your voice heard.
